ChinaData.live is an independent data project operated by its creator. By using this site, API endpoints, downloadable samples, or custom data services, you agree to use them responsibly and to respect source-specific restrictions described on dataset pages, files, source ledgers, quotes, invoices, email confirmations, or delivery notes.

Free API and Downloads

Free API endpoints and downloadable samples are provided for evaluation, research, and light usage. We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue free API access at any time, especially in cases of excessive automated traffic, abuse, security risk, or infrastructure constraints.

Custom Files and Paid Deliveries

For recurring data feeds, custom files, or paid deliveries, the applicable scope, coverage, source period, delivery format, QA checks, and usage terms will be described in the quote, invoice, email confirmation, or delivery notes.

Accuracy and Availability

ChinaData.live makes reasonable efforts to clean, validate, and document data against cited sources. However, data may contain errors, omissions, revisions, delays, unit differences, reporting changes, or source-side corrections.

All content and data are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Users should verify critical figures against the original source before making business, investment, legal, academic, or policy decisions.

ChinaData.live is not currently operated by an incorporated company. Commercial data requests, invoices, or paid deliveries are handled directly by the project operator unless otherwise stated.
