File contents, coverage and licence

ChinaData prepares CSV files from China Customs releases for the products, partners, directions and published months you select. Selecting a year does not guarantee 12 months of records or include future updates.

HS8 includes native quantities and units where published. HS6 quantity cells stay empty; missing quantities are not zero. These aggregate statistics cannot identify companies, buyers, contacts, vehicle models or shipment declarations.

Resale, redistribution, white-label products and customer-facing feeds are not automatically included. Read the data licence or ask us before paying.

Delivery, refunds and support

Usually ready within 1 minute of payment confirmation, with a secure download link on the confirmation page and by email. Large orders may need extra preparation; confirm the actual delivery mode in Preview before paying.

A one-time purchase does not start a subscription. We confirm coverage, frequency and price separately for ongoing updates.

If delivery is wrong, contact us with the order reference and mismatch within seven calendar days. We try correction or redelivery first, then an appropriate refund or credit when needed. A correctly delivered custom file is generally not refundable for a change of mind. Full refund policy.

If preparation fails, keep your order reference and contact us; do not pay again to retry the same delivery.
