QA rules before delivery

Units and field meanings must match the data dictionary.
Latest month is recorded in the coverage report and QA report.
Trade value fields must be numeric and non-negative.
Blank fields and missing coverage are reported separately.
Period plus flow plus HS code plus partner keys must be unique.
Source name, URL, source period, retrieval date, and checksums are retained.

Actual HS6, HS8, quantity, partner-country, and recurring extracts are still confirmed before quote. If a requested field is outside official source coverage, it is recorded as a coverage limitation rather than silently filled.
